Australian Lemon Myrtle: Acts as a natural anti-bacterial, that also assists in the balancing and removal of excess sebum.

Canadian Willowherb: Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant. Williowherb also has an antibacterial action that is effective for addressing blemishes. Acne occurs when hair follicles become clogged with dead cells and sebum. Bacteria called ÒPropionibacterium AcnesÓ feed on the dead cells and sebum, which causes an inflammatory response that triggers the pistules and cysts we see in acne. Willowherb is able to destroy Propionibacterium Acnes and reduce the number of acne lesions. It does this without damaging the skin.

Apple is also rich in natural Alpha-Hydroxy acids (AHAÕs) that help to gently exfoliate your skin and break up the proteins that hold skin cells, making them great for dull or uneven complexions.
